Giving Smiles, Giving Birthdays is our way of teaming up to help Royal Family Kids Camp. We believe in the work that they are doing to help kids that have been abused, neglected or even abandoned. Royal Family Kids Camp started in 1985 and has helped over 80,000 kids since its inception! The camp features all of the classic outdoor camp features that kids love like canoeing, hiking, swimming and also an incredible big birthday party. For many kids their camp experience at Royal Family Kids Camp might be the first time that they have really been able to feel the gift of love and acceptance by others.
Royal Family Kids Camp also helps train mentors and mobilize the faith community to confront child abuse. Their mission is to create life changing moments for children of abuse. They accomplish this mission by strategically launching camps, clubs and mentors. They believe in three simple values. Treat people royally. Keep moving forward. Make moments matter.
